We DO NOT have a return policy under any circumstances. In some special cases, based on the sole discretion of the brand, we allow some exchanges. To know about our exchange policy, please refer to the footer of the homepage of our website. The final decision & terms of any exchange rest solely with the brand.

We offer free shipping all over India on fresh articles, whereas the shipment charges may be applicable on sale items. We make use of premier courier vendor services like DTDC, Delhivery or Speed Post in certain cases.

Generally, a parcel is dispatched the next day of the receipt of payment/order & typically requires anywhere between 7 to 10 days to reach the final destination. In case a parcel takes more than 10 days, you can reach to us via email/whatsapp and we will help you track down your order by contacting the vendor and also provide the AWB number details from the vendor.

We accept Cash On Delivery (COD) as a payment option for the orders if & only the service is made available by the third party vendor we are partnering with for that order’s delivery. In case such a service is not available for the customer’s address, we would not be accepting the COD request for the order & full payment will be required from the customer in order to get the order fulfilled.

Please  note that COD is a service that will be charged extra for each order as this is an overhead cost for the brand.

There maybe some products (like sale items) in which we will not be able to offer COD service for the customers.

Business Methods

YES. We do support reselling in our brand and welcome resellers to come work with us.

All a reseller needs to do is to prove that he/she is an active reseller and owns active groups on which he/she is already selling by actively posting in the same groups.

Once this is established, the reseller will be added to one of our already existing reseller listings/groups on whatsapp (or other platforms) where daily posts are sent along with price lists meant for the resellers.

The reseller is welcome to add his/her own margins and sell the products to their customers.

YES. We do deal with wholesellers as well. In order to purchase in bulk, we have 2 options for sellers to associate with us:

Option 1 – Assortments

A seller may pick & choose sizes, designs & quantity of his/her own choice. The total quantity for this option should be at least 25. The sellers are not bound to take any particular size/colour for any design. These rates are inclusive of GST. The rates under this option are lesser than retail prices, but are higher than the set wise option.

 

Option 2 – Set-Wise

A seller will need to take all sizes of a particular design per colour in order to deal set wise.  There is no limitation on the number of sets that a seller needs to purchase. Any seller can start with a single set as well. The sellers are bound to take all sizes of the colour & design they opt to buy. The GST & shipping charges will be charged over and above the set price. The rates under this option are the best rates for any design.

Apart from the website, we have a significant online/social media presence & you can get in touch with us via whatsapp to book your orders. You may follow the following process :

– Send a clear screenshot of the design you want to buy on WhatsApp.
– Select your correct size as per size chart.
– If the size is available, make payment as directed to book the design.
– Share proper payment screenshot with UPI Reference Number clearly visible.
– Share proper address with pincode and phone number for a smooth delivery.

Miscellaneous Scenarios

Although we thoroughly check the dresses before we pack the same in courier bags, vigil from the customer is also required to ensure that whatever you have received via the 3rd party courier vendor is indeed what we intend to send to you. Thus, please follow the following steps once the parcel is received:

– Make sure to check the parcel is not damaged on the outside. You have every right to return back the parcel if you have received a tampered parcel.

– Once you have checked that the parcel is intact, please shoot a 360-degree video highlighting all the sides & edges of the parcel received.

– While recording the parcel video, open the parcel fully without pausing or stopping the video. Do not use very sharp objects that might damage the dresses inside the parcel.

– Record the inspection of each and every detail of the dress and check for any defects right there in the parcel opening video itself.

In case there is an issue, this video will serve as an important proof in claiming damages(if any) from the courier vendors.

Please note that only genuine 360-degree videos are acceptable. Repacked opening videos are not acceptable and any attempts made to serve such videos can amount upto committing of fraudulent activities by legal standards.

The courier vendor will call you before he arrives at your doorstep. In case, you do not pick the call, he will try upto maximum of 3 attempts. In case the calls are not answered, the parcel will be returned back to the vendor courier office. From there, the same parcel will reach back to us.

In case the customer still needs the dress, he/she will have to bear additional shipment charges for the same. Once the same are paid, the parcel will be re-dispatched from our office.

In case the parcel is returned back to us, and the customer wants a refund in any case, the shipping charges will be deducted and the balance will be refunded.

In case of a Cash on Delivery(COD) parcel, the COD charges will NOT be refunded as the same will be considered as the shipment charges. Additionally, the customer will also be barred/blacklisted for using COD services for his/her next orders.

Express delivery options are available for most pincodes. In case the express delivery is serviceable, we offer these services for those who wish to avail.

Typically, it takes upto 7 to 10 days for a parcel to reach via the regular shipping methods but the express delivery offers delivery within 72 hours of the order.

Please note that the express service is chargeable over and above the cost of the dress and will vary in prices across the country.

Express delivery option will need to be intimated to our team and the same will need to be paid for in advance.
